Outdoor Rinks

Thank you to Davco Welding Ltd. who, as of today, are donating the lights at the oval leisure ice surface at 2500th – 6 Avenue.  We continue to give thanks to Darcy Wildeman for donating the lights located at the figure 8 leisure ice surface at 1025 – 27th Street.  Both lights will be turned on daily from dusk until 9pm, as weather permits.

We would also like to thank Rob’s Repair for his assistance with the lights at the figure 8 surface as well as League Projects for donating their lights to be used at the oval ice surface during the holiday season. It is because of great community supporters like the above that we are able to have great features like this.

We are proud of the usage all of the outdoor ice surfaces have been getting and we ask everyone to continue following all of the posted provincial regulations.

A reminder that both of these leisure ice surfaces are recommended for skating only.
Helmets are recommended on all of the outdoor ice surfaces and all ice surfaces are use at your own risk.
As per the current Alberta Covid guidelines and CMOH Order 42, social distancing must be maintained, masks worn when possible and group skating including shinny, tag or pick-up hockey is not permitted, please skate only with members of the same household.
