Land Use Bylaw Amendment - R3; Bylaw 2024-07

Notice

The Town of Wainwright in the Province of Alberta, proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 2022-04 as per the following: Land Use Bylaw Amendment - R3; Bylaw 2024 07

A Public Hearing will be held in Town Council Chambers (1018-2nd Avenue) at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 where persons claiming to be affected by this change may voice their concerns. Concerns may also be expressed through written submissions mailed or delivered to the Town Office at 1018-2nd Avenue Wainwright AB T9W 1R1 Attn: Scott Flett or presented at the public hearing. Written submissions must be received before or at the public hearing in order to be considered. Copies of the proposed amending Bylaw 2024-07 and Land Use Bylaw 2022-04 may be viewed at the Town Office during normal business hours or on the Town’s website.
